absolutely beautiful work, Josh (& Catherine) …
the colours are so vibrant! that sunflower is special ..
I’d read (somewhere) that there shouldn’t be any concave surfaces, so I avoided buying moulds that had any texture to them, like the flowers … playing ‘safe’ … but I do understand that concave is different to ‘shaped’ …
the purple one with the amethyst on top, is that from a salad bowl? it almost looks round, not half-round …
I would have thought that a crystal glued on a painted surface would come off easily, taking the paint with it … but I know very little about the nature of paint ..
this is wonderful! it’s like having a plasterite lesson!
