Power of Peroxide
1. Take one capful (the little white cap that comes with the
bottle) and hold in your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spit it out. (I
do it when I bathe.) No more canker sores, and your teeth will be whiter
without expensive pastes. Use it instead of mouthwash.
2. Let your toothbrushes soak in a cup of peroxide to keep them
free of germs.
3. Clean your counters and table tops with peroxide to kill germs
and leave a fresh smell. Simply put a little on your dishrag when you wipe,
or spray it on the counters.
4. After rinsing off your wooden cutting board, pour peroxide on it
to kill salmonella and other bacteria.
5. I had fungus on my feet for years until I sprayed a 50/50
mixture of peroxide and water on them (especially the toes) every night and
let dry.
6. Soak any infections or cuts in 3% peroxide for five to ten
minutes several times a day . My husband has seen gangrene that would not
heal with any medicine but was healed by soaking in peroxide.
7. Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water
and keep it in every bathroom to disinfect without harming your septic
system like bleach or most other disinfectants will.
8. Tilt your head back and spray into nostrils with your 50/50
mixture whenever you have a cold, plugged sinus. It will bubble and help to
kill the bacteria. Hold for a few minutes, and then blow your nose into a
tissue.
9. If you have a terrible toothache and cannot get to a dentist
right away, put a capful of 3% peroxide into your mouth and ho ld it for ten
minutes several times a day. The pain will lessen greatly.
10. And of course, if you like a natural look to your hair, spray
the 50/50 solution on your wet hair after a shower and comb it through. You
will not have the peroxide-burnt blonde hair like the hair dye packages but
more natural highlights if your hair is a light brown, faddish, or dirty
blonde. It also lightens gradually, so it’s not a drastic change.
11. Put half a bottle of peroxide in your bath to help rid boils
fungus, or other skin infections.
12. You can also add a cup of peroxide instead of bleach to a load
of whites in your laundry to whiten them. If there is blood on clothing
pour it directly on the soiled spot. Let it sit for a minute, then rub it
and rinse with cold water. Repeat if necessary.
13. I use peroxide to clean my mirrors. There is no smearing,
which is why I love it so much for this.
I could go on and on. It is a little brown bottle no home should be
without! With prices of most necessities rising, I’m glad there’s a way to
save tons of money in such a simple, healthy manner! — I’ve known that with an infection, a bit of peroxide on that will fizz and help to cure the infection. I’ve also known that if you had a dog that’s flea infested, a bit of peroxide in it’s bath water will kill them immediately. But never thought of all the above uses. It is a very useful bottle to have in your home.

Chaga
50 times more SOD antioxidants than Agarigus, CoQ 10 , vitamin C and wild blueberries, and is rated among the highest in the antioxidant scale of measurement. Siberian Chaga contains an abundance of beta glucans, saponins, amino acids, belulinic acid, natural minerals.
Over 1400 modern scientific publications indicate these components could offer solutions to fight virus and fungus diseases, stimulate the central nervous system, delay growth of tumor and cancer cells, lower white blood cell counts, lower arterial and venous blood pressure, decrease sugar levels, improve skin color and elasticity, restore youthful looks and detoxify the liver, kidney, and spleen
Influenza
Arthritis
Fungal Growth
Skin Ailments
Stomach Ulcers
Digestive Disorders
Diabetes
Tumor Growth
anti-bacterial, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant
The chaga fungus has some of the highest amounts of anti-oxidants of any substance consumed by man. Siberian folk medicine and modern uses of a tea made from Chaga fungus include:
* boosting the immune system
* treating stomach diseases
* Intestinal worms
* Liver and heart ailments
* Cancers including those of the breast, liver, uterine, and gastric
* Hypertension
* Diabetes
* anti-tumor activity
* The active compound inotodiol which works against influenza A and B viruses and cancer cells.
* Activity against HIV-1
* As an anti-inflammatory
Some experts claim the Chaga is the best anti-cancer mushroom of all.
Properties and Ingredients of Chaga include:
* Polysaccharides that enhance the immune system; treat cancer, live, HIV virus and other bacterial and viral infections.
* Betulinic acid to counter viral infections and tumors
* Triterpenes to lower cholesterol, improve circulation, detoxify the liver, treat hepatitis, bronchitis, asthma, and coughs.
* Germanium (a free-radical scavenger) to cleanse the blood, normalize blood pressure, and prevent tumors.
* Other nucleosides, phytonutrients, minerals, and amino acids including saponin, magnesium, chromium, iron, kalium, beta-glucan, inotodiol, isoprenoid, and others.
The antimutagenic action of the molecules found in the white part of birch bark where chaga feeds inhibits free-radical oxidation and also induces the production of interferons, which helps induce DNA repair. The substances, contained in white part of birch bark contribute to the decrease of hypoxia and to increase of the stability of organism to the oxygen deficiency, being antihypoxant correcting the metabolism of cells. The anti-cancer properties of betulin or betulinic acid, a chemical isolated from birch trees, is now being studied for use as a chemotherapeutic agent. Chaga contains large amounts of betulinic acid in a form that can be ingested orally, and it also contains the full spectrum of immune-stimulating phytochemicals found in other medicinal mushrooms such as maitake mushroom and shiitake mushroom.The earliest evidence of chaga being used by humans comes from the 5600 year old “Ice Man” found in the Italian Alps[1]. Since the 16th century, there are records of chaga Mushroom being used in folk medicine and the botanical medicine of the Eastern European countries as a remedy for cancer and gastritis, ulcers, tuberculosis (TB) of the bones. In 1958, scientific studies in Finland and Russia found Chaga provided an epochal effect in breast cancer, liver cancer, uterine cancer, and gastric cancer, as well as in hypertension and diabetes. Herbalist David Winston maintains that it is the strongest anti-cancer medicinal mushroom.[2]
Research
In 1998 there was a study in Poland that demonstrated Chaga’s inhibiting effects on tumor growth.[3] Noda et. al found that betulin seems to work highly selectively on tumor cells because the interior pH of tumor tissues is generally lower than that of normal tissues, and betulinic acid is only active at those lower levels. Fulda et al. found in 1997 that once inside the cells, betulinic acid induces apoptosis (programmed cell death) in the tumors.[4] In 2005 there was a study done at Department of Medical Nutrition in South Korea. The Chaga Mushroom was evaluated for their potential for protecting against oxidative damage to DNA in human lymphocytes. The study found that the polyphenolic extract protected these cells against hydrogen peroxide-induced oxidative stress.[5] Another study that year found the endo-polysaccharide of Chaga produced indirect anti-cancer effects via immuno-stimulation. The mycelial endo-polysaccharide of I. obliquus was identified as a candidate for use as an immune response modifier and indicate that the anti-cancer effect of endo-polysaccharide is not directly tumorcidal but rather is immuno-stimulating.[6][7] It has also been demonstrated as anti-inflammatory.[8] Saitoh Akiko published on the antimutagenic effects of Chaga in 1996, and Mizuno et al. published on the anti tumor and hypoglycemic activities of the polysaccharides from the sclerotia and mycelia of Chaga. Chaga grows in birch forests of Russia, Korea, Eastern Europe, Northern areas of the United States and in the North Carolina mountains.
BETULIN AND BETULINIC ACID
BETULIN (Betulinol, Birch camphor, Lupendiol) – natural combination – penthacyclic tritherpene alcohol of lupan line.
Chemical structure of Betuline and Betulinic acid produced by SNS Pharma.
BETULIN [473-98-3] C30H50O2, molecular mass 442,7 cream-colored crystall powder with betulin contents 85% or higher, white colored crystall powder with betulin contents 98-99%.
“……..It is a scientific fact that chaga mushroom placed into a birch bark box acquires more expressed therapeutic properties. Basic acting substances of the white part of birch bark triterpenic bonds – betulin, lupeol, betulinic acid, etc. – they possess anticancerous action, causing apoptoz (programmed death) of cancerous cells and transfer to chaga, thus strengthening its properties..”, says Galina Mikhaylovna Fedoseeva (see photo on the left), the Chairman of the Department of Biopharmacognosy and Botany of Irkutsk State Medical University, professor, Doctor of the pharmaceutical sciences.
The very compound that makes the birch “shine bright white” has been tentatively linked to treatment for such devastating human ailments as some melanomas or cancer, several forms of herpes and even for AIDS.
Betulin, a powdery substance in the outer bark of the birch tree, has been shown to help wounds heal faster and cut inflammation. Many cosmetic companies, touting it as a skin toner and restorer, add birch bark extract to various products. And a birch bark compound, betulinic acid, is being tested as a treatment for melanoma and other serious diseases.
Betulin can be easily converted to betulinic acid, which possesses a wide spectrum of biological and pharmacological activities. Betulinic acid has antimalarial and anti-inflammatory activities. Betulinic acid and its derivatives have especially shown anti-HIV activity and cytotoxicity against a variety of tumor cell lines comparable to some clinically used drugs. A new mechanism of action has been confirmed for some of the most promising anti-HIV derivatives, which makes them potentially useful additives to the current anti-HIV therapy. Betulinic acid is specifically cytotoxic to several tumor cell lines by inducing apoptosis in cells. Moreover, it is non-toxic up to 500 mg/kg body weight in mice. The literature concerning derivatization of betulin for structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies and its pharmacological properties is reviewed.
Fields of application:
1. Raw material for pharmaceutical production;
2. As a main active ingredient in parfumery-cosmetic products;
3. Technical aspects of application;
The producer is the company SNS-Pharma Inc (www.sns-pharma.ru), For industrial use it offers the following products made with its patented technology:
1. DBBE (dry birch bark extract) with 82-85% betulin content;
2. PBS (pharmaceutical betulin substance), purity 98%;
3. BSS (betuline standard sample), with 99.2% purity for chromatograph calibration;
4. Betulinic acid.
During the last twenty years the department of pharmacognosy and botany of Irkutsk State Medical University has been involved in the study of the effects of a birch /Betula pendula Roth./ on the vital activity of man. It is known since ancient times that white part of birch bark possesses the antiseptic properties: birch bark is applied to wounds for faster healing, tar and activated carbon is made also from it. Ancient Russian medical manual, recommending birch for treating the purulent wounds, the prolongedly unhealing ulcers, advises: “so that the rotten meat from the ulcer was eaten away, ground birch crust should be poured into the rotten wound “. A rim made from the white part of birch bark “removes” headache. It is possible to say that in nature there is no other tree so many parts of which (crust, leaves, buds, juice, wood and phytopathogenic parasitic fungus – chaga), so frequently were used in folk medicine.
Scientists Tulchinskaya and Yurgelaytis report, that in the air of birch forests there are 400 microbes into 1 cubic meter, which turns out to be lower than the existing standards for the operating rooms in hospitals. Especially successfully (in 3-10 min) the bactericides of white part of birch bark manage to eliminate pathogens of typhoid fever, tuberculosis and diphtheria. Unique therapeutic properties are given to white part of birch bark thanks to BETULIN – substance from the class of triterpenoids (triterpenovy diatomic alcohol of lupan).White part of birch bark remains white even when the tree itself is completely rotted. The stability to harmful microflora white part of birch bark is obliged precisely to betulin. The studies, carried out during recent years, showed that THE BETULIN has valuable pharmacological properties: antioxidant, antitumorigenic, antigipoksantnym, gepatoprotektornym, antiviral, immunomodulator, antibacterial, that regenerate, antipyretic, bile-expelling. Betulinic acid has been explored as a potential treatment for skin cancer for more than a decade. Betulin, its derivatives and other birch bark compounds also are being tested for effectiveness in treating HIV,the virus that causes AIDS, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), which can cause severe cold-like symptoms and pneumonia. In the white part of birch bark there are other medical substances: betulinic acid, b – sitosterol, flavonoids, lupeleol and other. Examinations conducted, in Russian institute of pharmacology, showed that the complex of substances forming part of white part of birch bark possesses high antimutagenic activity, capable of lowering the number of mutations in the chromosomes and the genes, the frequency of the appearance of hereditary changes in the organism. The antimutagenic action of the substances of white part of birch bark is connected with their capability for the suppression of free-radical oxidation, and in the ability of white part of birch bark to induce the production of interferons, which, as it’s known, positively influence the processes of reparation of DNA.The substances, contained in white part of birch bark contribute to the decrease of hypoxia and to increase of the stability of organism to the oxygen deficiency, being antihypoxant correcting the metabolism of cells. Treatment of liver diseases is directed, mainly, to protecting cells of the liver from the damages caused by different chemical substances. Together with the radiation therapy and the surgery, in the therapy of the tumor pathology, the important component of treatment and rehabilitation of patients appears to be application of medicinal plants. The unique biological activity of the substances of those isolated by white part of birch bark contributes to the decrease of toxic action of chemo- and radiation therapy on the organism. The antioxidant activity of betuline is connected with its direct effect on the ferments of the antioxidant protection, whose basic functional role consists of the decomposition of organic peroxides, first of all – peroxides of lipids, which play paramount role in the disturbance of the normal structure of biological membranes. Substances forming betulin possess the high gepatoprotektornoy and detoxifying activity, inducing the ferments of the rendering safe system of the liver, it normalizes bile secretion, reduces cholesterol level in the blood. Statistics testifies that in the regions, where white part of birch bark is traditionally used in household articles such as caskets, boxes and ducts for storing food products, people live longer and the index of oncologic diseases was recorded as very low.

The Iodine/Iodide Loading Test
Important Information
This test is used to assess whole body sufficiency for the essential element iodine. It is recommended prior to and following 3 months on orthoiodosupplementation.
Introduction
Orthoiodosupplementation is the daily amount of the essential element iodine needed for whole body sufficiency (1). Whole body sufficiency for iodine is assessed by an iodine/iodide loading test (2). The test consists of ingesting 4 tablets of a solid dosage form of Lugol (Iodoral®), containing a total of 50 mg iodine/iodide. Then urinary iodide levels are measured in the following 24 hr collection. The iodine/iodide loading test is based on the concept that the normally functioning human body has a mechanism to retain ingested iodine until whole body sufficiency for iodine is achieved. During orthoiodosupplementation, a negative feedback mechanism is triggered that progressively adjusts the excretion of iodine to balance the intake. As the body iodine content increases, the percent of the iodine load retained decreases with a concomitant increase in the amount of iodide excreted in the 24 hr urine collection. When whole body sufficiency for iodine is achieved, the absorbed iodine/iodide is quantitatively excreted as iodide in the urine (1- 3). In the U.S. population, the percent of iodine load excreted in the 24 hr urine collection prior to orthoiodosupplementation averages 40% in more than 7,000 loading tests performed at the FFP Laboratories.—-After 3 months of supplementation with 50 mg iodine/iodide/day, (4 tablets of Iodoral®) most non-obese subjects not exposed to excess goitrogens achieved whole body iodine sufficiency, arbitrarily defined as 90% or more of the iodine load excreted in the 24 hr urine collections [U1](2,4). Adult subjects retained approximately 1.5 gm of iodine when they reach sufficiency (3). A repeat loading test following 3 months on orthoiodosupplementation is recommended. The goal of orthoiodosupplementation is not the treatment of disease, but the supply of optimal amounts of an essential nutrient for whole body sufficiency and for optimal mental and physical performances. Whole body sufficiency for iodine correlates well with overall wellbeing, and some subjects could tell when they achieved sufficiency even before knowing the results of the test. Iodine sufficiency was associated with a sense of overall wellbeing, lifting of a brain fog, feeling warmer in cold environments, increased energy, needing less sleep, achieving more in less time, experiencing regular bowel movements and improved skin complexion (2). Whole body iodine deficiency, based on the concept of orthoiodosupplementation, may play an important role in several clinical conditions (5). Hundreds of physicians and other health care providers are now using the loading test and implementing orthoiodosupplementation in their practice, using a tablet form of Lugol (Iodoral®). A very good correlation between the results of the loading test and clinical response of their patients to iodine supplementation was reported (6,7). For consistency and reproducibility of results, the same Lugol tablets are used in the loading test and in the orthoiodosupplementation program.
Procedure for the loading test
Currently, there are four Laboratories performing the iodine/iodide loading test: Doctor’s Data, Inc. in St. Charles, IL, FFP Laboratories in Flat Rock, NC, Hakala Research in Lake Wood, CO. and Labrix Clinical Services Inc. in Oregon City, OR. All three labs supply their own protocol for details on collection of urine samples, pooling samples for 24 hr. and sending a 2 ounce aliquot to the Laboratory for analysis. We recommend this general outline:
1) Have patient stop ingesting iodine 24 to 48 hours before the test if post- supplementation.
2) Discard first morning void;
3) Take 4 tablets of Iodoral® (in a sealed plastic packet);
4) Start collection of urine, following instructions from the Lab that supplied you with the Kit;
5) The first void on the following morning should be included in the urine collection;
6) If total urine volume is above 3 liters, follow instructions supplied with the Kit.
Boxes of 60 packets containing 4 tablets of Iodoral® are available from Optimox Corporation for use with the loading test kit supplied by Doctor’s Data in ST. Too Much Aluminum in Infant Formulas, UK Researchers Find
ScienceDaily (Sep. 2, 2010) — The aluminum content of a range of the most popular brands of infant formulas remains high, and particularly so for a product designed for preterm infants and a soya-based product designed for infants with cow’s milk intolerances and allergies, researchers have found.—A study by a team at Keele University in Staffordshire, led by Dr Chris Exley with Shelle-Ann M Burrell, demonstrating the vulnerability of infants to early exposure to aluminum serves to highlight an urgent need to reduce the aluminum content of infant formulas to as-low-a-level as is practically possible. The research has been published in the journal BMC Pediatrics Infant formulas are integral to the nutritional requirements of preterm and term infants. While it has been known for decades that infant formulas are contaminated with significant amounts of aluminum there is little evidence that manufacturers consider this to be a health issue. Aluminum is non-essential and is linked to human disease. There is evidence of both immediate and delayed toxicity in infants, and especially preterm infants, exposed to aluminum and the team contends that there is still too much aluminum in infant formulas –There has been a long and significant history documenting the contamination of infant formulas by aluminum and consequent health effects in children. Through these and other publications manufacturers of infant formulas have been made fully aware of the potentially compounded issue of both the contamination by aluminum and the heightened vulnerability, from the point of view of a newborn’s developing physiology, of infants fed such formulas.—There have been similar warnings over several decades in relation to aluminum toxicity and parental nutrition of preterm and term infants. To these ends the expectation would be that the aluminum content of current infant formulas would at the very least be historically low and at best would be as low as might be achieved for a processed product. The team tested this premise and found that the aluminum content of a range of branded infant formulas remains too high.–The researchers chose 15 different branded infant formula products. These included powdered and ready-made liquid formulas based on cow’s milk and a soya-based product. The categories of formulas included those for preterm babies, stage one (0-6 months) and stage two (6 months plus) infants. All products were stored according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Products were sampled directly from their packaging to avoid extraneous contamination. Ready-made liquid products were shaken between each sampling.—In general, the aluminum content of formulas prepared from powdered milks were significantly higher than ready-made milks.—Commercially available branded infant formulas used by literally millions of parents to feed children of up to 12 months-plus of age are still significantly contaminated with aluminum. The concentrations of aluminum in the milk formulas varied from ca 200 — 700 μg/L and would result in the ingestion of up to 600 μg of aluminum per day.—The concentrations of aluminum in infant formulas are up to 40 times higher than are present in breast milk. These concentrations are all several times higher than are allowed in drinking water. They are clearly too high for human consumption and certainly too high for consumption by such a vulnerable group as pre-term and term infants.—The suggestion is that these products are ‘contaminated’ with aluminum as each of the manufacturers insist that aluminum is not knowingly added to their products.–The sources of such contamination are myriad though would probably include equipment used in both processing and storing of bulk products. In addition many of the formulas were packaged for sale using aluminum-based materials. The high content of aluminum in the soya-based formula probably reflects its prior accumulation in the soybean plant and the known aluminum tolerance of some soybean cultivars that are grown on acid soils.–While it is the case that the present levels of aluminum in infant formulas have not been shown to cause adverse effects in healthy infants, it is also the case that there have not been any clinical studies which refute such as a possibility. Previous research has highlighted the potential toxicity of aluminum in infants with confounding disorders (including, prematurity, poor renal function and gastrointestinal disease) and fed infant formulas and these studies when viewed alongside aluminum’s known connections with medicine and human disease should at least deter complacency concerning this issue. It is widely accepted that the not fully developed physiologies of infant’s gastrointestinal tract, kidneys and blood-brain barrier may predispose them to aluminum toxicity and while there are no definitive links between aluminum exposure through infant formulas and immediate or delayed toxicity in healthy infants this neither should not nor does not preclude such as a possibility.—Story Source:The above story is reprinted (with editorial adaptations by ScienceDaily staff) from materials provided by Keele University, via AlphaGalileo.—Journal Reference: Shelle-Ann M Burrell, Christopher Exley. What is distilling Alcohol
The process of distillation is very simple. You are taking a chemical mixture (usually water with other chemical substances such as sugar, etc) and heating it up so that the lowest boiling point atoms leave the other chemical compounds behind.
For instance, if you take coca-cola and boil it very gently, the first item to evaporate will be the water.
The water leaves the sugar and other additives and moves into another compartment where it cools off and is condensed, creating pure water from coca-cola.
Using this method you can make whisky from beer, and brandy from wine.
It should be noted that all a still does is to separate the original liquid into two different compounds.
It’s simply speaking a way of separating components, nothing is added at all.
Items You Will Need to Build a moonshine still
One large cooking pot (usually a pot that holds about one gallon of liquid will do the trick)
A mixing bowl with a round bottom. A flat bottom bowl will not work well, due to the fact that you would like the distillate to drip into the collecting jar.
One 8 oz drinking glass.
One magnet. The magnet is used to keep the collection glass from moving around the pot.
One small weight. This weight will be used to keep the round bottom bowl in place. You can use a brick, or a 5lb weight used for weight lifting (you should have something very heavy to keep any alcohol vapour from leaking out)
A cooking thermometer, which is used to measure the temperature of the liquid.
1/2 gallon of red table wine.
A few ice cubes to cool the vapour.
Optional: One proof hydrometer (sometimes called Customs House Hydrometer). This device helps you test the proof of your alcohol.
How to Build a moonshine still
Step 1
Place your large pot on your stove or burner securely.
Pour 2 quarts of your red table wine into your large pot.
Now place your 8 ounce collection glass in the center of your pot.
You will now place the magnet in the collection glass holding the glass in place once the ingredients start to heat up.
Step 2
Turn on your stove or burner on high, & wait for the contents to reach about 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Check your thermometer often.
Once at this temperature, turn the burner or stove to a very low temperature.
From this point on you will need to control the rise in temperature very slowly.
Step 3
Fill your small rounded bowl with a few ice cubes and place the bowl on top of the large pot.
Make sure that your bowl has a good seal over the pot. The better the seal, the better your results will be.
Add your brick or weigh to the bowl so that the seal is better at trapping any alcohol vapour.
Step 4
Bring the temperature of your pot up slowly over the course of about a half hour.
As your wine heats up slowly, specific chemical compounds will start boiling at different temperatures.
Methyl alcohol is the first to evaporate at 148.5 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ethyl alcohol evaporates at 173 degrees Fahrenheit and water boils at 212 degrees Fahrenheit.
As the alcohol reaches its boiling point it will turn into vapour and once it hits the above bowl, which is filled with ice cubes, it will cool down and condense.
As it condensates, it will slowly drip down into the collection glass.
For best results make sure that your collection glass is stable and that the cold bowl on top of it has a very tight seal.
Step 5
Make sure that the wine rises in temperature very slowly.
Do not allow the wine to boil. As the water approaches 212 degrees Fahrenheit, shut off the heat and remove the collection glass. You can then throw away the wine.
In the collection glass, you will find about 2 to 4 ounces of water for about every 2 quarts of wine you cook. You can use your hygrometer to test the proof of the alcohol.
Most build a moonshine still novices can easily get above 20% proof alcohol, however it does take a good setup and some skill to reach anywhere around 80 proof which is 40% alcohol by volume.
Note
Can I stress that in no way is this article encouraging anyone to break the law when they build a moonshine still ,and always be sure that if you then use the alcohol that it is fit for consumption.

Recipe for Chelating Toxic Chemicals –Chelating Toxic Chemicals can be done several ways—+Sulfur and Ascorbic Acid—2 part Ascorbic and one part Sulfur—examples would be 1000mgs of Vitmain C and 500mgs of NAC done 3 times a day—
Using Iodine to remove fluoride Lithium and Chlorine 12.5gs 2-4 doses a day in divided doses + Selenium 100mcg and MSM 1000 mgs and Tyrosine 500mgs 2 times a day—this in of itself will boost immune systems L gluthatione levels and in combo with iodine and tyrosine it acts as a T4-T3 regulator as well as an Antiviral

Birch Polypore –Medicinal Mushroom
The birch polypore is most commonly found growing on birch trees in northern areas throughout the world. It has most recently come to fame when found in the possession of the Ice Man, a neolithic man discovered partially exposed in a receding glacier in the Italian Alps in 1991. The birch polypore contains numerous triterpenes, betulin, betulinic acid, agaric acid and beta glucans, which give this mushroom anti-tumor and immune stimulating properties.*—Birch Polypore, as the name suggests, grows on dead or dying birch trees. It can be found in birch forests around the world.—Birch Polypore came briefly into public awareness in 1991 when the mummified remains of Oetzi the Iceman were discovered in an ice cave on the border of Italy and Austria. On his person was a pouch containing Birch Polypore.It’s generally agreed that Oetzi used the Birch Polypore to treat a parasitic infection. Eggs of the intestinal parasite Trichuris trichuria were found in his gut. [190]The traditional use of Birch Polypore extract does indeed include use as an anti-parasitic agent, as well as to stop bleeding, and as an antimicrobial agent in general. [25]–Two studies from 1997 found that certain Birch Polypore extracted compounds were anti-inflammatory, [192] and that they specifically helped reduce skin inflammation. [191]—It was found effective against Bacillus megateterium, [194] and a study in 2000 found it to contain an antibiotic compound named Piptamine. [193] Paul Stamets suggests that it be studied for effectiveness against Bacillus anthracis, more commonly known as anthrax. [134]–Another compound that is found in high concentrations in Birch Polypore is known as Betulinic Acid. Produced by the birch trees upon which this mushroom grows, Betulinic Acid gets extracted and concentrated by the Birch Polypore. A 1995 study on melanoma found that Betulinic Acid killed the malignant melanoma cells but did not harm healthy cell tissue. [195] Seven years later, another study showed that Birch Polypore extract inhibited the enzymes that promote tumor cell growth, which may help explain how Betulinic Acid works against cancer. [196]—-In 2001, Betulinic Acid derivatives of Birch Polypore extract demonstrated unique antiviral effects against HIV by blocking HIV reproduction. [197]A U.S. patent on a Birch Polypore extract was filed in 2004 by world leading medicinal mushroom expert Paul Stamets, after research at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Disease (USAMRIID) and the National Institute of Health (NIH) concluded that his proprietary Birch Polypore extract was effective against vaccinia virus and cowpox, and non-toxic to human tissues. [134]—
Recipe—Simmer this for over 6- 8 hours on the lowest heat and then allow to cool—then strain and add a good vodka or gin or brandy—And use it as needed or take ½ tsp 2-3 times a day—Bottle and Date
[U1]Goitrogens –Soy–Broccoli–Brussel Sporuts–Cabbage—Caulilower–Radishes—Anything from the mustard family—knowing this one can still eat these foods with the exception of soy- once to twice a week with no negative effect-unless there is already a compromised thyroid
[U2]When getting these supplements Make sure there are no additives or Soy in them one way to determine if ther is soy is that the mineral will have in them chelate besides them and then in brackets (HVP) meaning hydrolyzed vegetable protein this is SOY) and should not be in supplements or anything
