There are indeed great suggestions in Tony’s posts. And I’m smiling when I think of how !/we try to pare things down to the ‘Bare Essentials’ But I do encourage people to bring their essences or essential oils, or shells. I’d never be able to sense the different results. But at the last workshop it was fascinating listening to Mark and Su two homeopaths holding different bottles of crystallized water and comparing the different energies coming from them, like two wine connoisseurs 
And actually agreeing with each other.
