This is known as Bremore Castle.
20 Years ago there was nothing to be seen except some remains.

It took years to build because it was used as a training site for stonemasons etc.

                                          

  

I had  to work really hard to get these photos aligned – not    This was a very well known factory called Smyco, pity the tops of the photos are missing, should re-take them.  Apparently Queen Victoria used to get all her ‘hosiery’ from here, and some item of underwear was called ‘Balbriggans’.
